How did Rivendell Aromatics come about? Sandy will share the story of the evolution of her successful farm-based herbal business. She will include small business hints and suggestions.
ABOUT SANDY MESSORI:
Rivendell is owned and operated by Roland and Sandy Messori who are both graduates of Cal Poly University, California, Sandy with B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture, Roland with B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. Roland has managed the family avocado ranch for the past 40 years. Sandy began selling herbs and scented geraniums at farmer’s markets in the early ’80s. The plant business morphed into essential aromatics and now she sells Rivendell Aromatics products and fruits of the farm at Ojai Farmer’s Market every Sunday.
