Where to Eat in Ojai

We recommend bringing your own lunch to eat in one of the beautiful gardens at Krotona. (Per Krotona Institute policies, please abstain from the consumption of meat, fish, fowl, alcohol, tobacco and recreational drugs while on Krotona property.)

If you choose to go out, no problem. As a prime tourist destination, Ojai has many excellent places to eat, from a quick take-out burrito to a super-healthy organic lunch to an elegant dinner.

Rather than reinvent the wheel here, we’ll just direct you to Yelp’s Ojai Restaurant page.

Our map may help you decide where you want to dine or pick up food-to-go in order to make the best use of your lunch breaks during the Ojai Herbal Symposium.

May we suggest two local favorites who happen to be our sponsors:

Papa Lennon’s Pizzeria for pizza, pasta, salads and more. You can order to-go by phone at Papa Lennon’s ‭(805) 640-7388‬.

Farmer and the Cook for strictly organic, vegetarian food.

Both are located in Meiners Oaks, just a few minutes drive from Krotona Hall.

In downtown Ojai we recommend Hip Vegan Cafe, a supporting friend of the Symposium.
